imo Slater did not intentionally mean to do a drop kick especially in the manner in which it turned out.
The onus is on the word intentional.
It was in the Referees opinion that Slater meant to do that kick.
Slater and any other player who has played the game for the last 100 yrs will probably agree it was luck and not intentional.
Players know when they make mistakes and Slater knew. imo
Most Referees have never played the Game.
Thats why they get a lot of the calls wrong eg knockons and in this instant the Slater "Drop Kick".
