Batman - I think you have been way too generous with Mt Oscar. At this stage is it still an exploration target, and should be valued as such until they have their maiden resource.
And considering management past performance, you could nearly apply a factor to your calcs as well.
Maybe they'd be better off investing in the rabbit farm and hat manufacturing sectors?
