we went through the same crap at CTP The little shareholder fought Macquarie and kept them out at 20 cents rip off offer.
we were given gloom and doom after we defeated the SoA all of a sudden worth a lot more
the directors all wanted the sell but we said no
current price is 13 cents but the long term 2 plus years we will be worth much much more
the moral to this story is say no and wait it out do not get scared and fight.
