My interpretation, from going over that document is:

18m forwarded by FC for potential customers. Ie loans/advance payments that aren’t linked to signed up/paid customer.

I take the statement re accepting customers to mean this: as the full 100% of BIG’s customer receipt is paid in the beginning by FC, the monthly payments that the sme makes IF they sign up for the package go straight to FC as they are just paying back the loan/advance. Ie when there’s a sign up it no longer impacts BIG because they’ve already collected the money for that business and booked it earlier. Hence the deferred payment.
