    A $200m CR at what price? 30 cents, 50 cents, $1? At 50 cents that would just about triple the diluted number of shares currently attached to BIG. I'd be happy to see a CR that raises sufficient capital to get rid of FCC so we no longer have that sword hanging over our head.
