    Lets actually get this straight.......the new directors are non executive.......non executive means they don't participate in the management of the business they sit on the board and are supposed to represent the shareholders of the business BUT the do not take part in the running of the business..........the actual management of on a day to day basis is still the ceo who reports to the board
