With his history I strongly suspect that RE is the architect of what has been exposed. Whilst he has been happy to allow his son to receive the kudos for the business concept, I think it was very likely RE who put al the pieces together for BIG to go public and to do most of the wheeling and dealing from there. With his history I think he was happy not to have the limelight on him, but I suspect that is was RE who engineered the financial structures and the communications (or lack there of) to the market. I think the board and everyone else more or less did what RE wanted, but that of course is all supposition on my part. It is however a view that is based on RE's history. There are too many similarities with his previous Un company that ASIC took him to task on, and all in all RE to me just seems to lack scruples. That doesn't exonerate others on the Board or the CFO, but I think RE is the main man responsible for this disaster. That is just my take on things and I understand there will be plenty who disagree with me for their own personal reasons. Honesty is the personal characteristic I value most in people, and when I don't get it I prefer not have anything to do with them.
