You would ask yourself 5 weeks into suspension what is the most likely reason to engage a global securities litigation law firm?

People can come to there own conclusion but being in suspension I doubt they are thinking about growth opportunities unless Piper are in to help take the company private and the new board members have private equity type experience which as shareholders of an ASX you are still shareholders. Maybe the plan is NASDAQ, in 2 years plus.
