    Particularly given I received a Chinese analysts report this morning showing 3,440t DyO in State storage, together with suggestions they may be further purchases H1.

    Suggests "In 2017, China exported 198 tonnes of praseodymium oxide, down 15.75% YoY. Neodymium oxide export was 456 tonnes, down 8.14% YoY." which would make a mockery of Ryan's net import forecast 2025.
