    At the meeting on April 18 holders will vote on:

    1. Ratification of prior issue of shares, and
    2. Approval of proposed issue of shares

    #2 will be managements's proposal on how much additional to take from the oversubscription and the rights offers.

    Anyone there Down Under going to be in Melbourne on the 18th ?
