Communication an IT company Speedcast International (ASX:SDA) has announced the appointment of Caroline van Scheltinga as an independent Non-Executive Director.
Ms Scheltinga has over 23 years of investment banking experience at top global firms, and is currently the Chairman and CEO of Waterloo Investment Holdings.
The announcement comes hot on the heels of news of the appointment of Clive Cuthell as CFO two days ago.
Speedcast is the largest provider of remote communications and IT services in the world
The company says they are looking forward to Scheltinga’s guidance as the company moves into the next stage of global development.
Shares in Speedcast (ASX:SDA) closed 1.3 per cent higher to $5.44 yesterday.
