I agree they could see us to be in a weak negotiating position, but if there is a few committed parties its not about us, its about them being stronger than the other bidders. I am an optimist though...

It is a bit crazy that wether a pessimistic or an optimist, there is about probably about $150m variation between valuations for NZ ($300-$450, or maybe $400-$550), thats more than a years NPAT, about 10% of the current SP, but the trigger for this latest mess was $10m misses.
