No surprise for me today with the sell off. As good as the recent Anns are it's mainly smoke when the market wants the fire.
Land Use Agreement, Fed sign off, finance update is what is needed and the longer they are delayed the more investors will be thinking they will be hit with a share placement to an institution (diluting) a non renounceable share offer (cash demand with dilution if not taken up) or the company borrows the cash at what would be a high interest rate.
