$26M cash in the bank, $25M annual revenue and $9M operating cash flow in 2017. They're getting $20M p.a. service fee from Lifescan, either they'll keep getting that with some growth, on top of whatever other business areas they expand in to, or Lifescan will buy it out at somewhere north of $40M (2X annual service fee) plus remainder of the calendar year. That payment alone is roughly the current market cap.
Xprecia revenue of $4.1M last year, which only started in May 2017. Pro-rata that's over $6M a year. So even with minimal sales growth they're likely to top $30M in revenue this year, $10M in operating cash flow, just from Xprecia and Onetouch.
