    I don't understand the fear of a CR in a high potential/upside stock like NUH. I'd have thought most long term holders would be happy to build a successful company that will drive future SP appreciation rather than worrying about some minor dilution. You've got to remember this is still pretty much a start up, rolling out 3 physical products into worldwide distribution. To make those products, market them and ship them around the world to warehouses costs money, let alone employing technical experts to continue product development and improvement.

    A lot of mining companies who have yet to even dig stuff out of the ground, let alone sell anything that earns revenue, will CR a couple of times a year to fund exploration and other "start up" costs, and some have market caps of $500m. Look at our MC and our huge potential as a market disruptor, and you'll understand that a CR (which I still don't think will happen in a conventional CR sense) is not anything to worry about.
