At the end of the day whilst i'm not happy at the .09c low ball raising i have to admit moving forward the $5 Million in the kitty will be money well spent.
This raising still needs share holder approval though....
Key factor is that management have a plan in place to move the Company forward to create share holder value in both the short term and long term. I do hope management cop a lot of flak over this raising. They need to held accountable for their actions!
