    I'd suggest it's speculation over BPLs tenement approvals which are "apparently" going to be announced this quarter as stated in BPLs 23rd Jan expansion report. Two of the lease applications were directly above and below the current Thackaringa project and we for category one metals (cobalt).. if these are approved you can only see COB going up more and more as they're clearly going to get first port of call on BPLs cobalt.
