Yes, two big announcements in quick succession - makes it difficult to delineate what is just reaction to first announcement and what is anticipation of the second.
Hence, it would be fascinating to understand how a regulator would feel about this or to what extent the Board might have contemplated going into a trading halt at any stage before any of these announcements were coming out.
