Hey Trade.
Can I take a rain check on that chart for a couple of weeks?
The reason I would like to wait is:
1. I try to only post weekly charts and for that reason outlook changes tend to take time to form.
2. There is such large volume at present, I'm hesitant to draw hard and fast lines in the sand for support and resistance. I believe that this can now be shifted at will by this large player so traders should be on their toes.
That said, theres a couple of pertinent points to make:
we are now at a point where 2.8c resistance is at a gridline (from my last chart). The gridline itself doesn't carry a lot of weight yet, but it has neatly divided past price action, so it may yet again - we are now at that decision point that may force a reaction to higher prices.
Traders are having a field day between 2.2 and 2.8c, but the trading range is so well established that a large holder knows the drill and could easily force a gap up when they're ready to let this roll. This week's resistance is at 3.3c. I'm bullish to 8c post haste should we clear 3.5c
There is also some further esoteric studies i've been looking at that draw parallels to historical price confluence that suggests a major trend for AEE has the highest probability of commencing in late June and carrying through to late January 2019.
