Is that post aimed at management that are provividing 90 percent of the capital for a joint venture and getting 45% of the joint venture and where their joint venture partners are putting no money down get guaranteed sales from the joint venture and get a 50% interest in the joint venture........if it isn't it, dang well should be in my humble opinion
