Hi Yoda, while I've found a few of your posts quite funny (better fiction that Tom Clancy was a blinder), I think you're missing the point some here are making. I don't think there's anyone that would argue sales are not where they need to be (longer term). That said as Benjamin Graham would say, Mr Market is often irrational. He wouldn't touch WHA as it doesn't fit his criteria and it clearly doesn't fit yours. This doesn't mean it's not going to suit others, with a higher risk/reward appetite. Should the CFDA come through as expected WHA wont have any issues securing $$ for the JV you think is a terrible deal. This then gives WHA a secure supply from paddock to tin in the organic market. A secure supply which can be controlled from start to finished product will be highly valuable in this market moving forward. Those that cannot guarantee supply (or quality of the product) will be at a distinct disadvantage which puts WHA well in front. Yes the approval needs to come through & while they wait WHA needs to secure more contracts elsewhere to build sales. However, at the moment I am happy with the way they're going about securing the supply side and expect there will be more announcements on sales agreements, new marketing and more as we continue to move forward. Before I go I just wanted to draw your attention to another company that had terrible sales (in-fact none for quite some time) first year turned over 1.2billion and lost 56million. They continued to invest in the product as it had a huge captive market and lots of potential to grow sales. This company floated around $25 and now sits at $166 with a market cap of $482billion - Facebook. Now before you tear this example apart, I'm just highlighting current sales doesn't always determine the value of a company. And just to show you I'm a realist and not here to pump up a stock I own I will say tomorrow is going to be very interesting. Expecting details on the JV & doubt it will be fully funded at the moment (unless they announce the CFDA approval at the same time). Will there be an extension sought? Either way I'd like some answers tomorrow as I'm sure many will. Let's hope for some good news tomorrow all and Yoda why not suggest some alternative stocks given your clear, no nonsense approach to investing. Focus on the positive a little![]()
