Hey Hector, there’s another way you can read that statement. If the CR for the JV isn’t finalised by the 20th it could remain in place until they either raise the funds or reach the deadline (set out in the agreement we haven’t seen) to raise the funds. Given there has still not been an announcement of any sort I wouldn’t be surprised to hear they’re still negotiating.
