I think the purchase waa complete but no doubt the bits and pieces will take a while.
The comments by others about the recent distribution agreement are a bit askew as CVM will not be distributed by anyone except SMS.
Anodynes products are avionics not SHM so it makes sense they have a distributor in SA.
CVM needs a licence agreement as well as regulatory and ORM approval for installation so will be dealt with one on one between SMS and the customer whereas avionics can just be sent to the distributor as stock items
