Given Miriori has been straight down the line on this from day 1 with every statement he has made proving to be 100% fact, & Momis continually switching views & pulling strange statements out of nowhere, I know whose words I respect. However, despite the law of Bougainville giving the control of who mines anything in Bougainville, including Panguna, to the landowners, the ABG (Bougainville Government) issues the mining licences & therefore has the power of veto over the landowners. And both the PNG Government & the ABG have always recognised the SMLOLA as the legitimate landowners group over the Panguna minesite. God knows what game Momis is playing, then again, maybe he doesn't .....
