cars themselves will be travelling advertising agencies - when cars start going driverless proper every window will be a computer screen which will throw ads at you.

those sci fi movies which depict the hero traversing the landscape and ads being personally adressed and directed at him are here now.

everything you possess will have a chip which will act as a receiver/transponder which will guide you to a directed product. for example your shoes will have an embedded chip which will recognise the amount of wear and as you get closer to a shoe shop, the shoe rfid will alert you to the shop and that you need a new pair of shoes.
