    A: Every single of platform can buy $90 worth of stock if only $90 worth of stock is available to buy at the time.
    B: Someone might of had a part filled order that they amended their order to 100% fill it, that fill might of been only $90 of stock.

    But in the case you are trying to point out, it is option A that fits the reason to why, no bot manipulation at all.
