    I beg to differ....

    Last 3B (12/2/2018) outlined that there 1,814,448,304 SOI....

    Original announcement outlined that Sinomines would get 200,000,000 @ 5c.

    Even if they were granted 200,000,000 @ 5c, it would mean that their would be 2,014,448,304.

    200,000,000/2,014,448,304 = 9.92%

    I would say that the 6c price tag was negotiated.
