PROSPECT RES: SINOMINE $10M TO BACK ARCADIA LITHIUM PROJECT

Chinese geo-tech services company Sinomine has reached conditional agreement on a $A10M placement and off-take agreement to back Prospect's proposed $US52.5M Arcadia lithium project in Zimbabwe.
The company, an associate of China Nonferrous Metal Mining, proposes to acquire 390,000t spodumene concentrate and 1,097,000t petalite concentrate over 7 years.
Prospect and Sinomine aim to agree within 3 months on a build and transfer contract to build and commission the Arcadia mine, tailings facilities, plant, equipment and infrastructure.
