Always great to see a CR at a premium so I expect it will open at upwards of 6c for starters.

Trading due back Wed morning at latest but with long weekend to put the announcement together I’m expecting Tuesday morning.

Placement gives Sino about 8.5% or thereabouts. Would not be surprised to see them buying on market to move closer to the 19.9% pre takeover threshold which I suspect may move to full takeover during the next year.

From what I can make of the Sino announcement posted on here earlier they have paid $10m upfront as part of offtake which means PSC will now have at least $30m cash to go toward building the plant.

So more investors needed over the next year and should hopefully have plenty of takers from their recent roadshow but hopefully at progressively higher prices, particularly if Sino do start to buy on market.

Hard to say where this is going to go on Tuesday (hopefully) and much will depend on the announcement spin but feeling quite confident actually.
