    Skol, as mentioned to you previously, PM's are used for the following -

    1/ As an insurance policy against the effects of inflation.
    2/ As an insurance policy against turmoil in the global systems, whether it be war, or currency collapse etc.
    3/ As a store of wealth.

    Skol, please post a chart showing the gains you are making on your house and car insurance vs listed property trusts.

    PM's obviously therefore serve a dual purpose: acting as 'insurance policies' while - currently - also making a capital gain.

    Sorry Skol, you obviously just don't get it. Maybe beyond your intellectual capacity to understand(?)
