Yeah, there's been some interest, maintenance and rates but no taxes. In some cases the tenant pays all the expenses, like commercial property. All tax-deductible by the way.
It set me up so I don't have a worry in the world while posters like Crom Valen get all teary-eyed and emotional while fondling his silver bars.
I didn't have $24,000 in cash I borrowed the money, but if I'd invested it at say a 5% return, which is generous I'd now have $176,000 less the tax on the interest. LOL
$176,000 won't get you far in retirement and excessive exposure to silver bars guarantee a frugal and poverty-stricken autumn years.
