I'm not worried about people who are geared up, that's their problem, they know the risk.

You won't be making any money on the bullion either, nice to look at but a complete waste of f time.

I've asked many posters here with 'physical' if they'd like to compare my industrial property with gold or silver for the last 32 years, a decent time frame.

No one does, why do you think that is? In case you have trouble figuring it out, which will be the case, it's because the capital gain and income from my industrial property would absolutely crush gold and/or silver, and prove something most people know, but goldbugs don't.

That you'll never make any money from gold or silver bars.
