Hope you've got a strong constitution, the kiwi property market's not looking too flash according to the agent I use, esp. if you've got a big mortgage. A big monkey around your neck can be a killer if the tenant skips town.

But Alan/skol...you said NZ property was going to da moon along with the Dow, S&P, USD, DUST, funeral shares, CBA etc...no correction in sight....along with gold to $800.

No wonder you are hiding on the obscure silver threads after your failed/failing predictions...
