    Popeye,

In the interview on Stocktube (see other threads for link) Bruce talks about Arrowsmith being reasonable quality. He also makes a big deal of the looming construction sand shortage in Asia. My take on that is that the Arrowsmith resource will be separated into grades with the largest portion being the construction sand at $??/t (and rising) - say 50%, a good portion at glass grade at $30/t - say 45% , and 5% able to be benificiated to higher grades. Although it might be that none of Arrowsmith is of higher grade.

The Muchea sand is much higher quality so you could speculate that the split will be 0% construction, 80% glass, & 20% higher grades.

At the tonnages we are talking about, it is a mountain of money whichever way you slice and dice it: $billions or tens of $billions. Coupled with the negligible extraction/processing costs and existing transport infrastructure, it will be generating cash flow very quickly IMHO, and then for a long time thereafter.

I'm guessing that the prospectus will outline the plan to get Arrowsmith into production with a nice short timeline. The things that will take time are mining licences to follow the JORC (which should be easy) and then the supply of the sand grading equipment and connections into the rail line etc.

In my head, this could all be done within a year - anybody have any experience to say if that is realistic or not?

    Cheers,

    Keith.
