For me it is a no-brainer. In my opinion Richard Evertz is a shyster who over at least the last 24 years too often has chosen deception over honesty and transparency, which is why we now find ourselves in the position we are in. I am confident he is the architect of the business model and the financial constructions that are in the process of being exposed. With RE's track record I don't believe it is possible to have credibility in the business and investment world, and for that reason for the sake of BIG he has to go. I am more than a little cheesed off with what he has done, and for that reason I'd be happy to see him dumped rather than given the option of an honourable exit by resignation. He could still provide guidance to Brandon in the background if he no longer filled an official function within the company. Having said that, I don't expect that he will be sacked and I have a gnawing feeling that he is going to stay around regardless of what many share holders may think or want.
