The disclosure and accounting issues can be easily cleaned up and in a years time will be largely foregotten. The innuendo of JS with little substance to back it up does not trump business performance. I say stick with success as RE looks like part of the driving force behind business success through start up and high initial growth phase. A lot of CEOs get it wrong, so I wouldn’t take the risk of a new one, for the sake of the negatives you outlined. Business appears to continue from strength to strength from what has been announced recently.
