IMO, it should never relist again. That doesn't mean that it won't. The ASX needs to make an example of it, however, and the best form of punishment would be to remove it from the ASX, which the ASX has the power to do.

Or how about you wait until the regulators release their findings as you have no idea of what is going on until then. After that you can make an informed decision. Until then you are just blowing smoke
