Removing the CEO shoyld not be the companys priority right now. Protecting ahareholder value should be their priority.

IMO the management (ignoring indescretions at this stage) and the new board will be focused on getting the house in order, relisting and maintaining business as usual

Based on the new chairmans comments they are alreasy dealing with gwtting the house in order and we know the buainess is still operating.

IMO they will be strategiaing around the relist. Another positive announcement (new app launch, JV, CR to fast track growth, NASDAQ listing, new Auatralian board memeber, etc) would be ideal, followed by release of results and then relist.

IMO they would be all over this at this point in time.
