    It’s a pretty standard thing for a retiring or departing MD/CEO to sell their entire holding when they leave.

    Who could blame them? They are effectively forced to have a huge chunk of their wealth locked away while they are employees by the fact that everyone raised eyebrows when they sell any amount of shares.
