there is zero volume so if anyone is covering shorts its so small not worth mentioning. However the ye financials are due this month, oil has kept above 60$ on avergage this quarter and if oil maintains price next quarter going into driving season, then it has given SEA some breathing space.

If theres not a transaction being worked on, then by end Q2 original Vitol deal paid down and they should be able to start catching up on other creditors in latter part of year. I would think they would probably try for another Vitol deal (tho i dont like) for a smaller amount and longer repayment terms to appease creditors. 2018 would be uneventful but 2019 some trouble as loans start becoming current liabilities so you know they have to do something on that & hopefully before happens so Q4 this year maybe??. May see SP drift upto 13-15c if oil hlds and they dont have a disaster but refinancing will become the question - the good thing is if market holds it should be easier.

If there is a transaction in the works, and I hope so, which is positive for the company, then yeah will see some movement upward but becomes a function of deal terms - obviously.

without growth tho higher multiples arent going to come into the picture.
