Why would you call those competing for the shortfall inexperienced investors. ?
There is no competition and if anyone thought they were good value they could ring Ian and he would accommodate.
I think you are wrong about any announcement not helping the shareprice.
I believe the sell side would evaporate by half and a mad scramble for the shortfall would ensue if it was announced we secured the loan and we were all set to begin mining.
