    Insto brokers offer dark pool algorithms to enable their fund manager clients to execute relatively large orders. I have seen it first hand from the trading desk of our recent significant shareholder.

    Fund managers obviously don't want to advertise their entire intention to buy otherwise they'll move the market and pay a higher price.

    I'm the same as you re. hints of growth, and take Lazard's buying as a value orientated fundy as a good sing.
