3 years into my career (after 4 years of uni) and my heart just isn't in it.
I want to be trading, but I don't know how to make the transition from full-time work when I'm certainly not yet at the level where I can consistently trade profitably.
I'm now looking for jobs at trading firms, but really want to be trading for myself.
Does anyone have similar experiences they can share?
