Heard it mentioned om the 6 0'clock news that it was ironic China plans, target areas that will have a larger effect on his supporter base. Nothing ironic at all, just very smart on the Chinese part. Reads like a game of chicken, like they are calling his bluff that this is just political grandstanding. May be going to leave himself in between a rock and a hard at this rate.
