    Sure. My investing/trading TFs don't require anything sophisticated in the way of real time trade signals or low latency execution. Half the time I'm keeping track of markets on my phone, cause the research has already been done, so no need to be sitting at a desk, inside.

    I usually use Morningstar for stock screens. Very easy to configure and does exactly what I need; generate sector names by various fundamental criteria. Have used IC in the past and that's also pretty good. I don't trade based on technicals, so no need for coding, maybe the occasional scan to see what's trading above various MAs, test for sector strength etc.

    Platform wise, again, pretty simple. I have a few "retail" platform accounts, a Pulse subscription, which is old school but very customisable and a small handful of broker accounts, where they do the execution on your behalf. Also have a US account for access to a much larger universe of instruments, like options (with actual liquidity), loads of ETFs, grains - you name it!
