A smart strategy can be to use an MA stop, to take the psychology out of the trade. Eg you're sitting on positions that are giving you some mental headaches. Why not flick positions that breach the 20dma. Locks in profits or if you're underwater, limits losses. 20dma just an example and everyone can decide how aggressive they want to be, depending on trading style.

If something's not showing relative strength atm or a low EV shell, I'm sitting on the sidelines and watching.

Anton, just curious... do you set up conditional orders (close 20dma) or review your shares and make the decision to cut your losses based on your criteria. I've tried conditional orders to take the emotional factor out but I'm not convinced this approached
