    US Market Closing Update

I think you Aussies have the only sane market on the planet right now. Twitter and algo wars are running the show here.

    SPX/ES/SPY: 2614.45/2611.50/260.77
With the help of that White House message and a 50 point rally in the space of 25 minutes in AMZN, the S&P closed above its 200 and 5 day moving averages. After achieving balance at the 2585 area overnight, ES consolidated and then spiked well out of that range at 14:45. If the SPX can open above 2615/20, there is put support there for tomorrow's expiration. OI is looking harder than usual to read.

    Market Internals
Advance-Decline Lines: +1452. NYSE Breadth: +4.71:1, NASDAQ Breadth: +2.22:1. NYSE TICK: Cumulative TICK was essentially flat. TRIN: .63

NYSE MOC: -46M after an average of -750M in the last quarter hour. NYSE composite volume was above average but smaller than Thursday or yesterday.

    Implied Volatility
    VXJ8:20.48, VXK8:19.70, VIX:21.20

    Debt/Bond/Treasury
ZNM8 was lost -.36%, and the 10 Year Treasury yield is now back to 2.78%
