Have been looking for some sleeper stocks that have some good TA setups. I like this one - EXR, Elixir Petroleum Ltd. Disc: do not hold yet.
Thermal coal and gas explorer in northern China (Mongolia). $2.8m cash, $22m MC, $20m EV, $221m SoI with free float of $139m. Acquisition of Golden Horde Ltd (GOH) set for shareholder approval on 18 April. Payment is mostly scrip - 79m shares plus $25k cash. Project area around 7 million acres.
