Great business idea with decent cash reserves
but woeful revenues, incredibly high multiples and the vertical integration strategy that thus far has delivered little aside from buzzword in presentations
a restricted board structure, lack of transparent detail in disclosure and of key metrics which aren't linked to profit.

Im no TA expert and may well be late to the party but if this breaks .90 it could continue to fall sharply.
