STTCOMP TTI FA LONG 3.3 cents

Have not entered the competition for a few months.

I think TTI at a market cap of $15 m at 3.3 cents looks a good entrant for the monthly competition Freehold.

All 3 directors participated in the recent rights issue to raise $6.2 million that was filled 100%.

Net Debt was reduced from $23 million to $8 million because the bank took a discount for early repayment from an alternative lender.

With revenue on the rise towards $60 million , the interest cost of $23m of debt stops going to Westpac and the savings will flow straight to NPAT.

More importantly as the company moves from pure traffic lighting and signage in to street and road lighting on a global footprint this company seems really good value.
